2.7 Hebrew charset_table correction!!!

please note that the hebrew section at the charset_table.php is wrong. Somehow the translation got done not right. My original hebrew convert file entry (translated to this system) is as follows:

Please update the 2.7 package ASAP to correct this before it spreads too much

Hello,

looks like i have changed the byte-order by accident while importing your table. Very bad.
And 'o' became 'v' - very strange.
Will correct this ASAP.

But i don't know when a new Version will be released.
