There is already show_menu2(); installed in WebsiteBaker 2.7, will show_menu(); be completely replaced?

Most of the current templates are using show_menu(); command and not show_menu2(); so will I have to modify all the code?

Hello,

it is up to you to use show_menu or show_menu2. Both have its strength and weaknesses.
Only templates which use the outdated function page_menu should be replaced by either show_menu or show_menu2.

Due to downwords compatibility I'm pretty shure we will leave show_menu() in the core files of WB2. This gives, as doc wrote, the ability for template developpers to use both.
