There are certain flukes that happen with my site when viewed in other browsers other than Firefox.....In internet explorer, the body text is put all the way at the bottom of the sidebar .....is there any way to keep everything consistent throughout the backend to prevent these bugs?

You really don't provide much information such as an URL, which versions of IE are displaying pages differently, if other browsers such as Opera display it correctly, etc. It sounds like a CSS rendering difference between the browsers and not a WB fluke/bug. IE treats some floats and some centering issues differently than FF, does your sidebar use floats?
