Tested this on multi servers I can't duplicate it.

Hello,

the strange letters are caused from a file (think the index.php of your template) wich is stored in UTF8 and not in ANSI. PHP cannot parse the BOM wich is at the beginning of every UTF8 file.

Hi, and thanks for quick answer.

In the meantime i had a closer look to this things. I have two existing installations of WB2.7 - 1 local with xampp and 1 on a public server with linux. In both of them this crypted letters appear. Even the confirmation-page after installing the editor is in this crypted letters. - No matter which template I use. In my local installation the adminpanel is untouched - in the public installation I modified the look - so this shouldn´t be the problem.
Now I installed WB fresh - and immediatly I installed the editor - leaving everything at default - and the crypted letters didnot appear. So far - so good. (I really don´t care too much about this letters)
But unfortunately IE still reports this error. - And the picture-problem still occurs.
I tried several times - different servers - even different clients - but all of them with XP and IE7.

regards,
Vyni

Hi John,

I see the error in IE is gone!
Just on initialisation - once You edit a file it appears again - same error. But seems to be a IE prob.
The window after closing the upload-form is perfekt now.
The positioning I´ll try with the suggested css.

But unfortunately the connector for YouTube videos is broken now. Was working fine before.

Best regards

Hi,
after using this amazing editor I discovered 1 important thing concerning the function "add new layer".
Due to my poor english I couldn´t find an answer in the forums why the inserted layer was always  placed wrong. By luck I found the solution for that.
The parent element (content-div) MUST have position:relative in it´s style-definition!
Any other definition will cause missplacing the newly inserted div.

I discovered that there is no H1 under "Format".
Only H2 - H6 are shown
My mistake?

make sure the you completely uninstalled the tinymce module goto admin-settings and reload the module addon and see if it still shows up.. then try to reinstall again.... also make sure you have cleared your browser cache..

Also please post or PM me the WB version you are using and this TintMCE version you are having this issue with and I'll see if I can duplicate it..

If you still are having issues PM me and I'll take a look..

Hi Jonp,
I did exactly what you told me to do: deleted addon, reloaded addons > modules. Module had disappeared.
Cleared the browser cache, reinstalled, reloaded addons > modules.
Again only H2-H6 showed up. Browsers: IE7 and Firefox 3.
WB 2.7.0 (Fresh install)
Module version: Website_Baker_TinyM CE_3.1.0.1_RC4_Vers ion_E_07-05-2008
Not that this will keep me from using your fantastic module but for SEO sake I would prefer a working H1.
Thans again
Hans

Hi John, hi Hans!

I agree with Hans. h1 isn´t in the dropdown at all.

But You can fix this easy: open modules/tiny_mce/include.php
around line 104 you will find
Code:
theme_advanced_blockformats        :   "p,div,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,blockquote,dt,dd,code,samp",
just add h1 to this row, and You have it.

Great module.

There are two buttons for inserting a horizontal line. Also, what file is the order of the buttons listed in? I wanted to move save/preview/print to be together.

Thanks in advance!

TinyMCE 3.1.0.1 for WB Version 2.7 Version 1 Official Stable Release

As promised I am releasing TinyMCE 3.1.0.1 for WebsiteBaker as the first stable release.
If you want to configure this module to point to your current template css you are using
you need to modify the include.php

Look for the following around line 81

Code:
content_css : "<?php echo WB_URL;?>/templates/YOURTEMPLATENAME/CSSFILE.CSS",

point this to your css file zip file back and upload..

Have fun!!

John,

Couldn't
Code:
content_css : "<?php echo TEMPLATE_DIR;?>/screen.css",
be better then
Code:
content_css : "<?php echo WB_URL;?>/templates/YOURTEMPLATENAME/CSSFILE.CSS",
?
Most templates use screen.css, we allso have editor.css wich is a copy of screen.css minus some stuff not needed for the editor.

This way it would be more dynamic?

Hi,
this is a smashing module!

Will be possible to have it working into WYSIWYG section <textarea>? My 'Code'  section are affected preventing the use of the TinyMCE module....
I found a way to configure it in order to overcome the issue modifying the file: WB_PATH/modules/tiny_mce/includes.php
NEW LINES IN RED
MODIFIED LINES IN YELLOW
....
....
// prevent this file from being accessed directly
if(!defined('WB_PATH')) die(header('Location: index.php'));

?>
<?php
// get all wysiwyg sections... in page...
$elements = "";
$qs = $database->query("SELECT section_id FROM ".TABLE_PREFIX."sections WHERE page_id = '$page_id' AND module = 'wysiwyg' ORDER BY position ASC");
if($qs->numRows() > 0) {
    while($sw = $qs->fetchRow()) {
        $elements .= 'content'.$sw['section_id'].',';
    }
    $elements = substr($elements,0,-1);
}
?>
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo WB_URL;?>/modules/tiny_mce/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js"></script>
    <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="jscripts/general.js"></script>

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
                                       tinyMCE.init({
    // START GENERAL OPTIONS HERE
                                          //mode :  "textareas",
                                          mode :  "exact",
                                          elements : "<?php echo $elements; ?>",

                                          theme :  "advanced",
                                          skin :  "o2k7",

    // END GENERAL OPTIONS HERE
.....
.....
.....

This way you'll have the splendid TinyMCE into all 'wysiwyg' sections, leaving the code section alone...

Thank you

Stefano

Great, tested it and it seems this is the resolution for me not being able to use the code page with every code. Will test it if time allows further.
Thanks a lot.
