Hi,

just for your notice. Moxiecode has released TinyMCE 3.2.5 on their website. On the Addons repository there is still the outdated version 3.2.0.2 from October 2008.

How do I download this version?  When I go to the wb addons site, on the wysiwyg page it only has FCKeditor and HTMLarea. Even tho it's outdated it should still work right?

yes, seems to be so for they have an extra license.

They are not implemented in the release posted above.

Danke für's Update, Erpe!

The installation description on websitebakers.com needs an update though. It still describes the activating process in WB versions prior to 2.7
Quote
Once installed go to the WB backend and activate the editor via: Settings -> Show Advanced Options -> WYSIWYG Editor.

Since 2.7 it should read:
Quote
Once installed go to Admin Tools in the WB backend and choose this editor from the editor drop down list.

spida: The WYSIWYG editor option was never moved to admin-tools.
It should still be on the settings page...no?

You're right, I was completely wrong. Somehow remembered it the wrong way. Sorry!

I was looking for a "problem resolution module" for site members... But after finding this it's obvious I'm not going to find one.

Anyone working on one?

As a new WB keener I would definately recommend deleting all this bickering.  It's impossible for anyone to handle this properly in the general forum under the subject "stable release".

Take it into a seperate "problem solving" forum and deal with it there.  Provide a "pointer" to it for anyone who wants to get involved and argue about it.

But PLEASE keep this out of the regular forum.  I really get enough of that in my day to day life and would like to spend my time on WB working in a positive environment to collaborate with others in a constructive manner.

Thanks a bunch!!
