Downloaded files missing

I am new to WebsiteBaker so this may be a simple error! I have successfully installed wb, however, when I go to create a page a get presented with an alert box telling me that there are a whole heap of files missing.. all in the folder wb/include/yui/.. and they are all js files. When I go to these folders the only thing contained is index.php and README. Where do I get these files from?

the files are contained in the installation package of WB 2.7 (websitebaker.org).
Simply unzip the package locally and upload all files via your favorite FTP client. Check FTP client for errors during upload.
