Reinstall Form Module?

Hi. I deleted my form module by accident at some point. I want to add it back. I tried just extracting the modules/form folder from the WB install package, zipping it using the admin interface but no good. I also tried uploading it via ftp and running the install php, and while it appears in the list of page types, I get an error that the wbmod setting file can't be found. Can anyone clue me in?

Hello,

making  a zip from orginal WB files is the right way. But have attention on how to zip it. (not the folder, only the files in the form folder)
