New module assistance needed

Hi,

I would like a new module.

I believe it will be very easy for someone to make that has made a module before. However I think it would take me  a very long time.

Basically all i want is to allow user's to add their email address (simple text field) and be stored.

Then if possible use 'massmaill' module to send a mail to all email address's.

If this is easy can someone please tell me what I have to do of if it would be easy for someone else to achieve.

If someone else does this I may be able to give a small donation to the coder.
