Hello everybody!
If you fill up the form and some reguired field is empty --> you get error message and click the back button -->> all field is empty and you must start fill all fields again.
Is there any way to do form so that it remember correct filled fields, when you click back button?

Hello,
if you use WB 2.6.7 you can try our advanced form from the addons page, this has a small javascript improovement. Please read and follow the advices for the upgrade exactly how they are written on the addons page, where you get the advanced form.
in the upcoming WB 2.7 we have rewritten the whole form, no done entries get loosed if the improovment found a missing entrie and you go back.

I am having the same problem. I am using WB 2.6.5. I installed the Core Form Module replacement thinking that might solve the problem. It didn't help, but doesn't appear to have broken anything. On Safara this returns an error when you click the back link.
This is the form I made;

Thaks for any help you can lend,
Bob

@BobJ
on your link i see you use the normal Form modul and not the advanced from tha addons page.
@BobJ and @MikaK
we have rewritten the form in WB 2.7. wich solves all your written issues. So i recommand to upgrade to WB 2.7 as soon as it is released. But be shure you have a working WB 2.6.7 befor upgrading.

Hey Thanks for the quick reply. I had htis problem with the original installation of WB 2.6.5. I installed the advanced Core Module replacement twice (got my sites confused) carefully per the instructions on the download page, and am still getting this error. I did overwrite the old form docs, and run Update_Form.php in the in that directory.
A new question?
Can I upgrade to a newer build of WB to fix this?The instructions on the Core Module replacement download page suggest that I cannot;
"Also you cannot update this replacement modules with updates for the core modules (when e.g. a new WB version is released). When you update a WB 2.6.x version with installed replacement modules delete the folders "form" and/or "news" from the modules directory in the WB 2.6.x package wich you wanna use for the upgrade."
I did make a backup of my sites before I did this. It would hurt to have to restore that database though. There are 4 sites and there have been many additions in the last few weeks.
Thanks again for your help-
Bob

Hello,
if you have runned the upgrade script you can only switch back to original WB 2.6.x form modul by deleting all form pages, deleting all form database entries and deleting all form files, then make a zip from the normal modul from WB 2.6.x and then install this as normal modul.
Upgrading to 2.7 is possible with both. You can upgrade a 2.6.x with normal and with advanced modul.

I upgraded to 2.6.7 which went well. When I submit the incomplete form now I get this; "Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/norcalsb/public_html/sbdctap/modules/form/view.php on line 240
I thought I might need to resave the form settings, so I checked them and clicked "Save". I got another error message here: Unknown column 'success_message' in 'field list'
Sorry to be such a bother with this. I keep thinking I have it solved.

Hello,
i only can say it again and again. You have a missconfiguration between the database and the files. So 1000% shure that you made something wrong with the upgrade. If you follow exactly the steps as described on the addons page you don't get any error. So please double and triple check if all files are overwritten wit the new ones and please call the update script.

I totally get it. The update script is running like it should. I think it is the way I set up my root directory with folders for the additional sites I have added that is causing the discrepancy between the database and files. I think I will wait untill 2.7 is released and update all 4 sites.
Thanks again for your time and patience,
Bob
