My hosting supports php mail and smtp (i have tryed both).The problem is that when someone try to register he gets the "your username and password have been sent..." but the e-mail is never recieved.I am using the WB27_RC1 version please help me.

And remember 2.7 is only RC and should not be used on Production sites.

Please provide more infos, and also use the search function. There are many posts about this issue.

PS: There is no support for 2.7 RC versions.
