Make it so users can only edit their own page.

Is there any way to make WB so that a certain user can only edit their own page?  Where each user has their own page, and can only see and edit that page.   Is that possible?

How?? I looked in the mods but could not find anything, and I could not find out how to do it in the admin.
Am I just being stupid?

Well, I figured out that I need to make a group, and add a page for that group, and then add one user to that group, and do it over again.   That is the only way I could figure it out.
