New Install problem

I'm trying to get a default installation of WB on my host - catalog.com. I can run the installation script fine, however once I click on install web baker, I'm redirected to the admin site, however it shows up blank. The default web site also shows up blank.

I've read over and over the forums to find a solution with no luck. I've verified that sessions are allowed, and safe_mode if off, however these directives have values -

safe_mode_exec_dir
safe_mode_include_d ir

Not sure if that means anything.

I'm at a lost as to what is going on. I would really like to use WB because it is exactly what I want for my club website.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
