NEW MODULE - Form Improved

This is a replacement for your Form module.
you need to delete all Form pages, uninstall Form module, and install this replacement module

Additions -
  Added customizable HTML output for your form submissions.
  Added file upload module (integrated it with other module)
  Added date field with Javascript Calendar
      In order for the calendar css your template must support "frontend.css" see help

Hello,

thanks for your addition, but maybe it is not a good idea to have this as replacement for the form modul. Maybe it would be better to have this as e.g. form2 wich can additional be installed.

The normal form modul is a core modul. In the upcoming 2.7 we have now the advanced versions of this moduls as core moduls with a few bugfixes. This should stay as standard form modul. Would be nice to have yours as additional and not as replacement.
