CMS programming - custom system

guys and gals...

i LOVE website baker dont get me wrong and i have been eagerly awating WB3 since the early ages of WB2 but i have a a query..

i want to offer a custom CMS system for gaming communities.. the WB is excellent but no such addon exists and i dont code php.. i currently use webspell for gaming which is great but does not offer everything i require (like a central system and little perks of WB).. i also want to have it as locked source over all and an easy templating system (like webspell with the change features of WB)

does anyone have any idea where i would find such a coder to take on a task like this and at what kind of cost?

o excellent thanks very much it doesnt have to go around the webspell obviously.. i have a load of ideas in mind of how i'd like it all to play out etc using a central system blah blah blah

dam i wish i could code obviously its under the GNU GPL licence as well which is nice but i'd like a system i "may be" able to market in future.. dont know what that would involve though, yet!
