Iframe question - Read a lot here, but no solutions :(

Hi,

I want to use iframe in WB. For years I use Iframes for the simple reason that every time a menulink is clicked only the textfield is reloaded and not the whole website. This saves time and keeps the layout intact while reloading the content. Neat and fast

Now I checked LOTS of Iframe questions here but I couldn't find a solution for my question:

How can I get created pages with only the content appear in iframes?

Off course i tried it for myself but the major problem is that creating a page you create a whole website, not only the textfield. So when using the Iframe, the whole website appears in that Iframe.

I do not use the css solution (scroll_content) because then the whole website still reloads every time.

Any serieus help/solutions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
