Code:
[b]Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@i-gaddle.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. [/b]

Hello,

as the error message tells you, your server configuration is the culprit. So contact your server administrator and ask what was changed in the near past. Also provide the error message, this helps to identify what causes the problem.

Don´t think this problem is related to websitebaker, but to your server configuration.

Good luck.

Are you with HostNine?

Because I have the same problem, they have messed around with .htaccess permissions and won't allow 777 permissions now.

Prior to the servers being upgraded all was wonderful, mine changed yesterday and has been a pain ever since...however saying this, i have one site with wb on and it's working perfectly okay same server??? I can't find the difference between them all...

It's when you try to create a new page, and news pages etc....I have searched high and low and I don't know what to fix. Any help would be grateful as I am very non savvy when it comes to this area...

Here's my log...

Code:
[15-Jan-2008 07:09:08] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_register_driver in Unknown on line 0
[15-Jan-2008 07:39:00] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_register_driver in Unknown on line 0
[15-Jan-2008 17:38:51] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_register_driver in Unknown on line 0
[15-Jan-2008 17:38:57] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_register_driver in Unknown on line 0

Now this is what they told us to do...blowed if i know how to achieve all of this, and I have been nagging them like crazy.

Quote
-- All .htaccess files do NOT have any php_value or php_flag lines in it.
-- All .htaccess files do NOT have the addhandler enabling php5 as was required before
-- No custom php.ini files from before (make a new one if you need to customize features)
-- No 777/666 permissions on scripts (not allowed in suexec environment)
-- Login to CPanel and go to PHP Configuration page. Toggle between PHP4 and PHP5 to make sure one version does work for you.
-- Change all php includes to use full system path, not URL. This has been disabled by PHP for security reasons."

Well I am going to send them this info if you are with them you better contact them yourself as yours is a bit different...

Hello,

My name is Nikolay and I am the manager of the SiteGround technical support team. While I was browsing through the net I noticed this community board and more exactly this post. So, I decided to shed some light on the two errors described.

First of all, I would like to say that the two errors are not related to each other, but have different nature. The Internal Server error is being reported by the Apache webserver, while the PHP Startup error is being reported by the PHP interpreter.

The ISE errors are commonly caused by incorrect entries in the .htaccess file or not allowed permissions set to your files (as you already know, we do not allow world writable permission to be set). The source of this error is generally easy to be located via the Error Log section of the cPanel.

The second error is rather strange as we have automated checks for such errors. The PHP start up errors occur every time a PHP process starts, no matter if the script executed requires the module. In this particular case the error means that the PHP interpreter cannot load the mailparse module.

Anyways, my advise to you is to file a support ticket via your users area. You may ask the ticket to be escalated to me and I will personally investigate this issue and I am sure we will find the most appropriate resolution for it.

Kind Regards,
Nikolay T.
