Error message on uploading image

when i try to upload images a window appears saying that there is a error and that it need to be de-bugged.This problem also occurs when i try and link a name to another page.

please read through this site and provide some more information. At the moment the only thing we can do is guessing if it is a problem with media center, an WYSIWYG editor or ....
