Where can I change my pages encoding to utf-8 for the encoding of website baker?

Hello,

the default encoding of WB is UTF8. If you need to change this, go to the advanced settings of WB. Also have a look at the index.php of your template, if the template uses the settings of WB or if the encoding is hardcoded there.
