Hi... i was not quite sure that this was the right place to write this but i hope so

Well my problem is on my site www.hvepsen.dk/cms.

On the site you see a box where the title is displayed as "10 nyeste guides".

Well my problem is that the blue background behind the text, should not be there, it should be shown as the red background, with the black line all the way from left to right.

Anyone know what to do ?
