I am having a problem getting rid of a space between the header and the rest of the body.

I know its not a border,  if I change the background color the line color changes so its a space.

It only happens in IE7,  FF it shows ok.

Any ideas what might be causing it - I have played with everything now for two days trying to get rid of it,  if needed I can post the index.htm and screen.css files.

The site is

http://cbl.graphixwebdesign.com

Thanks,  Bryan

Hello,

no wb issue. Look on our addons page on the bookmarks list for css and html help. Maybe this link here points you also to a solution:

Maybe best solution is use Conditional tags in our template html.
Some samples are here < http://www.quirksmode.org/css/condcom.html >

Like ruebenwurzel said... this is not WB-problem, its more like Mickeysoft IE-problem witch can be solved using IE specific code in your html-based template.

Bryan, check to make sure your basic HTML is all correctly closed.
My <body> statement was incorrect and there were differences between the IE & FF versions layout interpretation as a result.

Thanks for everyone response,  I ended up making the cell background have the same graphic design and it covered the line.

Kind of a backwords way of fixing it,  I spent a whole day moving around and rewriting the HTML and could not get rid of the line left under the header graphix with coding.

I realized this was not a WebsiteBaker issue,  but never ran into this problem with straight HTML, only in PHP and thought someone else here might have ran into it before.

I have not tried the last few posts, but will come back to the page and try a few things suggusted in the next day or two so its fixed right,  not hacked to work like I did.

I appreciate everyone's input,  and I will come back and post my results if I find what the issue is.

Thanks,

Bryan.
