Aggregator - External URL

I have some sections in my website that include links to pages that are in a non-WB section.  I use the aggregator to help lay the menus out.  The menu links that are controlled by the menu module are fine, but the menu links in the aggregator listing are assuming a format of http://www.mywebsite.com/pages/

So, it places that before every link.  Does anyone know of a way to change this for external URL's?  Has anyone used aggregator with external URL's?

I posted this 3 months ago, still haven't found a workaround.  Has anyone else?
