How to assign different MENUS to different PAGES?

Hi guys,
Okay, I have got the hang of assigning different pages to different menus. But how would I got about assigning different menus to different pageS?
For example, if I had a contact page, when I cam on that page, a separate menu would displaying, giving links to other contact methods.
A little like on this site, when you click the "start" link at the top, there is a different left hand side menu to when you click "download".
How is this done?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mantisinc,
You can take a look at this thread:
http://forum.websitebaker.org/index.php/topic,1202.0.html
I would also suggest you to use WB's search engine. There is plenty of information you could use.

Your terminology is a bit confusing. You need to understand that WB defaults to a single menu but also supports multiple menus. Keep in mind that this is referring to how pages are grouped and linked together in terms of parent/child relationships. Multiple menus, once enabled via the admin control panel, are defined in the info.php file of you template.
You asked about assigning a different menu which sounds like multiple menus. However, it sounds like from your description that you are really just wanting to display the children of the active parent somewhere else on the same page...is this correct? If so, this is a single menu. You would simply call the menu function at the top level in one part of your template and call the second level of the menu in a different part of your template. If you are using show_menu2 then look at the documentation there. You might also want to use the output buffer to check if a child pages exist for a given parent and only display the children if they exist.
You might find it helpful to look at templates similar to what you want and review how they achieve the results. Then modify this to suit your needs.
