Changes in a multilingual website

I have installed two WB installations, English and Hebrew.
I've installed them on xxx.whatever.com/en and xxx.whatever.com/he and planned on creating an intro page that will allow the users to choose the wanted language.

I now decided that the default site will be the Hebrew one and in it, i will insert an option to view the site in English.
So now i have to make xxx.whatever.com/he move to xxx.whatever.com.

How do i do that? where exactly do i need to make the path changes?

as you do not provide any information if you have already read the help website, my first post is very short. That kind of stuff is explained on the WB Help site.
