I have searched and read other posts but do not find an answer that works for me. Permissions pass the script test. The module was installed on another WB installation without problem. What can be causing this?Huh

Hello,

searching for "install.php on line 61" gives you 3 pages of results. And there you will find your solution. Mostly in this case the modul is zipped wrong.

If the module is zipped wrong then why does it install fine on other WB installations?  I have searched and read the pages.

I have tried the suggested solutions I found. Nothing worked.

I need some new ideas or help.

Hello,

1.) if it works anywhere but not on this server, where did you mean could be the issue? On WB or on the server?
2.) did you check permissions?

It works on the same server, different domain. I am a hosting reseller.

I checked permissions. They are set to 755. Host restrictions do not allow me to try 777.

Also, I tried different modules. All with the same result. Could this be something during upload of files or installation? If so, should I re-upload certain files or just delete all and start all over with a new installation? I don't want to take that drastic step if it's unnecessary.

Thanks
