pclzip forbidden filename

I am trying to install WB on a free host server.  However, include/pclzip and modules/form are forbidden filenames.  Is there a way I can change the statement/script that calls for these paths to a name that is not forbidden by the server?

unless you want to rewrite everything, and you don't sound like you could, search for a different host.
