Hi!

Is it possible to use a page in a password-protected directory with inline-wrapper?

Using inline wrapper I just get the server-generated "Authorization Required" page with no chance to enter the username/password for the directory (this one is perfectly embedded into my website baker page  smiley!)
Protecting winline.php additionally with the same user/passwd results in a login popup, but the access to the actual target directory still isn't possible for inline-wrapper.
Just for info: direct access to the protected directory works fine (user/pass popup followed by display of page).

So how do I get it working?

Greetings

Probably you can't.

Inline wrapper acts like a browser. It loads the remote page, then it processes the page so it can be served through WB. Finally it sends the page to the users browser.

So inline wrapper cannot login, there is no interaction with the user at that time.
