Is there a mod that would allow the submission limit of the form per day, week, month. By Ip address?

Did you take a look at MPForm? I am not sure if it has the feature you are looking for but it seems to be the most popular and powerful Form replacement module around for websitebaker.

Please share back if MPForm does meet your needs.

MPForms Has a nice settings function, I like the help feature. It does not have what I wanted. But I think that what I want is going to hard to find.
