My website is hosted at IX Webhosting. Up untill few weeks ago whenever I created a page, it showed me as the owner of the page. But now whenever I create a new page, the owenership is changed to httpd. Does anyone knows why this is happening as I gave up on IX Webhosting tech support. They are saying that it should always be httpd....is that correct. They are saying that website baker is making these changes....it's not their problem...please help.....

Since WebsiteBaker creates the pages AND WebsiteBaker is run under the user httpd they are correct.

This is by design and is no trouble.
When you delete a page, wb wil delete it it for you.

You sure wb created those pages with you as user in the past?
