I am trying to use WebCalendar for public-facing event notices. I had to use the built-in iframe wrapper (which does work ok, but it must be fairly wide template) because the wrapper module doesn't seem to pass through the CSS styles properly.

I had the PHP CGI mode issues and had to add the apache code in the module (Hmmm... shouldn't the test & workaround be added to the module?), and then the page worked properly.

The calendar is completely styled by CSS however, the stylesheet check button on the inline wrapper module back-end page seems to either do nothing or styles it very strangely.

If I understand how the wrapper works, a special DIV is created inside the template, then the inline page read and evaluated.  I believe any CSS is supposed to be converted to work only inside the new DIV.
I suspect the wrapper is incorrectly converting the CSS definitions and/or classes in the HTML  It's seems like some of the template classes have the same name as the wrapper and are being overridden by the themes CSS.

Has anyone else had issues with the wrapper and CSS?

WebCalendar would be a very nice (though complicated) addition to the modules if anybody gets the itch!

Bump.

What is the Stylesheet checkbox supposed to do exactly?

This allows you to determine whether the style sheet of the original page is used or if you prefer to use your style sheet (the one associated in your template). I use this for a calendar that on one site but is used by two sites...the inline wrapper allows me to display the calendar using the CSS on the 'calling' website but have a different look due to the CSS. Obviously, your CSS would need to define the appropriate classes or IDs that the inline page uses.

Thanks, that's what I thought.
It doesn't seem to work though. When I tried to use the WebCalendar program, none of the sstyling came through, with or without the checkmark.
The calendar template is fine for me, so I was trying to avoid replicating the CSS into the WB template.  undecided
