Link in new window does not work

When I put a hyperlink in a page, the link is not opened in an new window, although I mark that with the corresponding drop down menu. If I look at the produced source code there is no "target=_blank" as it should be.

Can somebody help me?

so you try to add a link in the textarea of the WYSIWYG Editor?

Wich WYSIWYG Editor did you use?

If you use the default HTMLArea i recommand to install the FCKEditor from our addons page and then switch to FCKEditor as default in WB - settings - show advanced options.

HTMLArea is outdated and buggy, FCKEditor is the fastest and newest Editor we have.
