banner missing from 'round' template
«

Hi - I am a WebsiteBaker newbie having first installed it yesterday evening and love it thus far! Seems to have the right blend of ease of use for end users and customisation options for tecchies.
An oddity I can't explain (though I suspect I am missing something blindingly obvious) is that the banner.jpg graphic is not showing up at the top of pages using the default 'round' template.
I have dug around a bit and discovered that where it should be in the page code once it is displayed in my browser there is just an empty comment, so it would seem to be suppressed by something.
Checking index.php for the round template I found that replacing banner.jpg in the code with another name such as topgraphic.jpg causes the graphic to display (having of course first made a copy with that name).
Can anyone explain please?

Hello,
the explanation are the settings on your lokal machine. Maybe you have activated in your browser or another tool that banners should be blocked. Maybe simply the name of the graphik (banner...) could cause that it is blocked.
Hope this helps

Hi Matthias
Thanks for that - seems you were right and it was McAfee Security Centre which had 'block advertisments that appear on Web pages when you browse the internet' checked!
Curious that they decide for you that a graphic called 'banner.jpg' should be hidden from view! I will certainly be calling my header graphics something different in future - perhaps choosing 'topgraphic.jpg' is a good idea and WebsiteBaker should adopt the convention itself?
