HTML formatting gets lost

Is there anyway to prevent WB from compacting HTML code within its editor?

It's a real nusiance and makes editing very difficult when you have a nicely formatted and tabbed HTML snippet that WB immediately compacts.

You can always set the default WYSIWYG editor to "none" in the settings fo WB.
