Is there a way to restrict certain users from adding/modifying/deleteing pages from OTHER menu link other than the one that they have permission for?

I can successfully create a restriction for a certain user/group to add/modify/delete for particular pages in he menu BUT they can still post to the Root Menu.

Is there a way to restrict them to one menu section ONLY?

See what a little reading can do? I'm getting lazy in my old age of 35.  rolleyes
I figured it out.

Just go into the Access->Groups->Modify/Delete a Group
The click the BIG long button that says "SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS >>"

Then de-select the checkbox called "LEVEL 0".

Hope this helps anyone else who doesn't like to read the easy to use WebsiteBaker Administration pages. Wink
