Turkish Translation - Version 2.6.5

Hi

I have installed wb yesterday and realized that it had no turkish lang pack for the last version and I translated it myself. I want to share it with you in case others may need it.

Be sure that the translation is clear. After download just replace it with the En lang pack. Do not forget to rename TR as EN.

Arkadaslar turkce dil paketi ekte. Ceviri gayet temiz,guvenebilirsiniz. Sorun olursa bana ulasabilirsiniz burdan. Son versiyon Version 2.6.5  icin yaptım.

Paketi indirdikten sonra languages klasorundeki EN ile degistirmeniz yeterli. TR yi EN ismi ile degismeyi unutmayın.

at the addons page you will find a translation. And for installing languages it is not needed to rename the EN language file. simply install the new language (.txt or .php file) in WB admin and change in the settings all to TR.

This translatiton not compatible UTF-8

such us you wrote this "Aciklama".   but it must be "Açıklama"
I think its not good idea

Sağolasın. Version 2.6.7 kurdum. Dil dosyası bir tek bunu bulduğum için uyguladım ama karakter sorunu çıkıyor sitede. Acaba ilgili sürümü mü kurmalıyım yoksa başka bir şekilde halli mümkünmü?

Son versiyon için artık elle editlemek lazım dil dosyalarını...
