Gallery 1.9 - two gallery sections on one page?

Hi. At http://www.aikidocardiff.com/pages/gallery.php I have an example of a gallery I am working on, where I want several gallery sections on one page.

It looks OK there, but as soon as you click on a thumbnail, you then get the picture as many times as there are gallery sections on the page.

It looks like it's going to be very complicated to achieve what I want. Has anyone already worked on something similar?

Well, some testing reveals that multiple galleries can exist in one site (i.e. on separate pages) so I don't think the problem is as fundamental as I first thought.

I'll report back if I can find a way to get it to allow multiple galleries on one page.

I like this gallery because it allows captions and descriptions to be added; all of the ones I have tested so far do not, they simply take a folder of images and make a gallery of them.
