Is it possible to code so that if i put in a picture in a news that script automaticly uses a specific size format. For example that all pictures inserted in news are by default 100x100 px ?

//Thanks

You could try to make a subclass in the style definition, that images displayed within the newspost are sized 100x100px. But that does not mean, that uploaded pictures will automatically get that size. They are only beeing displayed in that size. so if the pic is 1024x768 pix large, it will remain that size and also load all that data, although it is not displayed.

A workaround might be to use a hidden gallery (with thumpnail support) and let that gallery create the thumpnails in the required size. Then choose the thumpnailed picture for your news-post.

cheers
