install/save.php hangs on blank screen

- It's a problem with the default charset on the server.
- My solution is remove the default_charset "utf-8" value in the file save.php. This one is found in the install directory of WB. Just change the value "utf-8" to "". Then upload the files and run the installation.

Today I had the same problem. After the installation no admin screen appears. Refreshing the page makes the admin page appears. The webpages i made didn't also appear the firts time i requested the pages. Just refreshing the webbrowser made the pages appear.

After some research i discovered that the first time a page requested a different charset was used. "windows-1252". After refresing the page charset "utf-8" appears in the source of the webpage. I don't know exactly what goes wrong, but this solution works.
