Multilanguage Catalo Module

I have a problem with this module , the problem is not the installation this works fine.
But when i make a new page , and use this module it doesn't work.
I can make a element , but it doesnt appear on the website i dont see the element

It looks like you don't have the SMARTY folder uploaded in the /include folder
