form error

Hi, i simply get an 'error' message when i submit a form. The data is not sent but just an 'error' is displayed?

anyone help?

i'm using mysql 5

Did you fill in every field in the form?
Is the data in the DB?
Do you have a mailserver running on the same host?

hi,

i figured out the template was causing an error, no idea why. I made anothe template and it works fine.
