I tried to include a (advanced) form to our my webpage. I only created a short sample form.

after submitting the form I get a browser error 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' and I received no E-Mail notification with the form entries.
Did I miss any settings or do I need any additional addons?
Has anybody an idea?
