Hello

I am developing for a client of mine a search feature in the new admin module, and I decided to post it here to get opinions and / or bugs that you might find. for now it does an " any words" search in news posts including the title, short content and long content.

All you have to do is unzip and upload the modify.php / search_lib.php into the news module folder and enjoy.

Pagination and group filter featured apply as usual but only the pagination feature works with the search feature.

I might be able to combine the search feature with the group filter so the search takes place only in a specific selected group.

I will also apply a laguage feature for the interface buttons and messages. for now only english and unfortunately hardcoded.

Kind Regards

Hello,

Sorry for not answering. Done a short look at your additions. So if i understand you right your changes affects only the backend (admin interface) and not the frontend. Will test a little bit more, but the problem is that i use an advanced version of news modul. So for teting i have to made a new clean installation. I post my results then.
