We use WebsiteBaker to manage our Intranet.

I've had a request to make a kind of signing in/out form for all of our staff to use. The purpose is for staff to be able to look on our Intranet and see who is currently in the building and available, in the building but busy, off-site or on holiday etc.

Any ideas on how I could do this??

Hello,

No you are not in the wrong area. Sorry for not answering. At the moment we have a lot of work with getting the addons repository back online, so we could not answer on all threads.

So you want your users login in when they are at work. And then have in the admin a list who is currently logged in. This is not built in yet. But i think to write a modul or tool wich displays in the admin area a list of the status of all users should be possible. I'm no coder so i couldn't give you a hint how to do this.

Thanks for replying, but no this is not what I was asking.

I would like to make a web page that displays to all users who is currently available, at work, or are in a meeting or on holiday etc. Like a one day calendar for all staff. Not who is using WB. At my workplace only admin people log in to WB, not users.

Hello,

sorry for missunderstanding. But with this its the same as i described above. Not included at the moment, but possible and shouldn't also be not difficult to write for someone who understands a little bit of php.

Hello,

This seems like a good idea. Has anyone been working on this?
