Hey,

This is just to let you know that the folks at Carbonect.com absolutely LOVE websitebaker! The is by far the simplest CMS I've come across (and trust me I've seen many!) and yet it's also the most versatile yet. This is absolutely great work!

So far I can list two sites that are using WB:

Carbonect.com -- http://www.carbonect.com
 |
 |--  Unity Children Foundation for Liberia -- http://www.theucfl.org

NB: Both these templates took less than 30 mins  to create -- granted they are simple, but to learn a CMS system, create templates and connect with content in less than 30 mins-- that's a good CMS right there!

We really excited about the future prospects of this heavenly piece of code and I can assure you that we will be doing our best to keep the development going. We are currently looking into creating a simple ecommerce module for WB (unless some nice soul already has one for release  Smiley )

All in all, an A+ system!

Cheers!

Cool! Great work!
Looking forward to your e-commerce module (at least if you plan to release it under GPL) Cheesy

Thanks, and yer I would be interested in giving back to the community! I definitely have to rease SOMETHING as GPL--I've benefited a bunch from other selfless souls who release their work under GPL.

I'll post up the info when I start on it.  Smiley

In about 2-3 months time I may be releasing a ecommerce module (after I work on a 100% custom ecommerce website for my dad, I will be taking the code used from that and adding it to my already existing product catalogue module). I let you all know updates on it. BTW, if you really like WB and are making money from it, it would be very very appreciated if you donated some money to help support future developments. Cool

That's great news about the ecommerce package Ryan! Though 2 - 3 months is still a ways away and we may need one befor then -- guess we will go ahead and work on one.

With regards to donations, yer we definitely WILL donate to support this project. At the moment we haven't as yet "sold" any site/support package with the WB base because we are still building our support systems and getting feedback from both our current and potential clients--you can call it our pre-launch exposure period. Rest assured as soon as we go "live" you will know about it (ka-ching!)

Cheers
