This module is used to wake-up a machine capable of WOL. Simply enter the target machine's hostname or IP address, and its MAC address in the backend, and you get a 'wake-up' link on the front-end.  It can work behind a firewall as long as the webpage is accessable, but the webserver has to be on the same subnet as the machine you wish to wake.

This module supports waking three different machines.  It does not support multiple WOL sections on one page, but if you want to enter more than 3 computers you can make muliple pages.  Also you can't do a "mass wake-up."  You will have to click each machine to wake it.

The script was originally written by djr to connect to Webguide3 and wake up a Windows Media Center (MCE) computer, but it will work on any machine capable of WOL. I included the Webguide3 links and options because that is mainly what I use it for, but you can disable them if you don't want to see them.

The frontend page provides no security or authentication, so make sure you set the page properties to either registered or private in WB so that other people aren't able to wake up your machines. You must have the sockets extension enabled in your PHP for this module to work. If you don't know whether or not sockets are enabled in your php you can use the module to check.

You can simply click, or use hot-keys to select the different links on the front end. For example, the first host will be assigned [1], so you can press Alt+1 and it will act as if you clicked on that link (note: some browsers won't work with hot-keys... I don't think IE works with them).

There is a pretty comprehensive 'help' so if you are having trouble configuring, or you don't know how to format things like the links or mac addresses, click the 'help' button on the back-end.  If you run into troubles that aren't covered there, please let me know!
