I like to see stats inside website baker.

Something like nedstat you know?.

See how many visitors and other info

Although some ppl may think this is a good idea, I definetely do not. I think it would "fatten" WebsiteBaker too much. If you want to view statistics, try using something that your host already supplies (most hosting companies supply a statistics program already set-up).

more to the point it looks amatuer, if you need stats the most detailed stuff is from your hosting provider like awstats or webalizer (like ryan said) but the whole point of a hit counter on the front page is to brag about how many hits you're going to get...maybe this would be more approriate in the admin section, like a stat's page?

I don't see myself building a stats page for WB in the future at all. If you want a simple count put it in your template file, and if you want detailed stats use your hostings one, and if you want something in between build it yourself!
