installation hangs on page 4

ok here is the problem when i start installiotion of website baker everything goes well all files are writeable, then when i give my database name and everything i get the follwing error : Cannot open the configuration file (../config.php)


but he file is there,, can some one please help me?

you need to set the CHMOD setting of config.php to 777
