Another new template for WB, "Greenery".

* Name - Greenery
    * Version - 1.0
    * Designed for (WebsiteBaker version): 6.2.*
    * Author - design by Pat Heard at www.fullahead.org, adapted for WB by net2020
    * License - GPL
    * Description - greens and dark background; natural looking.
    * Tested in Firefox & IE, and appears to work acceptably.
      * Screenshot:

Larger screen image here: http://www.openmall.org/wb/media/images/screenshot_green.jpg

Contains top menu and side menu, login and search blocks. All menus have CSS to highlight the currently open page.

Please leave the credits intact since the designer (that's Pat Head at www.fullahead.org) has done a lovely job with this one.

I've found a bug with the template. Upon clicking on "Forgot details?" in the login section this error message appears:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare menu() (previously declared in W:\www\wb\templates\greenery\menu_functions.php:44) in W:\www\wb\templates\greenery\menu_functions.php on line 44

Also, once logged in and then clicking on "Preferences" in the logged in section, the following error appears:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at W:\www\wb\templates\greenery\menu_functions.php:104) in W:\www\wb\framework\class.login.php on line 96

Anyone with any clues how to fix this?

BTW, this template uses the custom menu functions by Stefan and the error seems to be in the call to inlcude these functions, which is at the top of my index.php:

<?php
include('menu_functions.php');
include('html_head.php');
?>
