[Solved]Unable to get to Admin page

I was trying to get mod_rewrite working to no avail.  I removed all the code I had added and now I can't get the Admin page to render in a browser (see smokinlegalanywhere .com/baker).

How do I fix this?

If it's a new topic/issue, shouldn't it go in a new "thread"... my intent was to make each issue a separate thread, because the title is different.  Not the way to do it?
