I hope I understand you. Do you ask how to know from what page a form is sent, if the forms are the same? You could put some information about the referring page in of the fields of the Email Settings of the form.

I guess you want the same as I did some months ago. Please read http://www.websitebaker2.org/forum/index.php/topic,13655.msg152136.html#msg152136

I spent some time then and I got it working more or less.

little things we make immediately....
...  Miracles last longer.  wink

Ok, for the next update i added a new request argument.

The only thing you have to do is add ?fri=12345 to the link which opens the form.
(12345 can be any number between 1 and 999.999.999)

As result you get an additional entry in your email like "FormRequestID: 12345"
On this  way it's possible to identify any internal request and requests from outside adds too.
To push your mind take a piece of paper, a pen and write down:
1 = my add on FaceBook
2 = my first add on Google
3 = my second add on Google
...
and so on......

It's not the best solution, i know. But simple and easy to use for the first time. And you can watch nearly one Billion of adds...... if you want. wink

have fun.
(hope it works... i've never tested yet wink)
