Hi All,

I have just done another fresh install and went to the settings to make the usual changes only for this not to work.

When I click the "save" button I am posted to a "can't display webpage" error.  This happens in both FireFox and IE.

I then checked my other websites (on the same server) and it is happening to them also.

Has anyone any ideas what might have happened?

Thanks

This is a bit "weak" as error description ... can't you be a bit more specific in what you have done and what kind of "can't display webpage" error you are getting?

Since more than one of your sites is involved I would recon there was a change outside of WB which is responsible for this. But again, more info is needed.

cheers

Klaus

I agree it is possibly an external influence on the server.

The exact description is this:

1.  I uploaded the files through FTP (WebsiteBaker_2.8.2. SP2.zip).
2.  I created a database and user with full permissions.
3.  I ran the install program.
4.  Login page appears.
5.  I remove the install folder
6.  I change the back-end theme to arogos_theme
7.  Click save
8.  It refreshes with the argos theme installed
9.  I then create a home page
10. I then go back to settings to make further changes
11. I click the save button
12 I am then redirected to

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

   What you can try:
    Diagnose Connection Problems

from the URL: /admin/settings/save.php

13. I hit refresh and the setting page reloads without the changes having been applied.

I hope this helps
